Martha Balcarcel has dedicated more than 27 years to the luxury fashion industry, recognized for her refined curatorial eye and her precision in selecting pieces that truly transform a wardrobe.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with renowned fashion houses including Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Saks Fifth Avenue Mexico, Armani and Dolce & Gabbana, while collaborating with prestigious maisons such as Tiffany & Co., Cartier and Audemars Piguet.

Today, she is the founder of Édita and co-founder of The Source Palace — creating intelligent, functional and timeless wardrobes that elevate every woman's personal image.
